Bollywood icon Salman Khan has sold his Mumbai flat in the posh Bandra West area for ₹5.35 crore, as per property records obtained by Square Yards through the Maharashtra government's Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal. The official registration of the sale of his apartment took place in July 2025.

According to the documents reviewed, the actor resides in an apartment at Shiv Asthan Heights, situated in one of the city's most desirable areas.
It is said that the property covers a constructed area of 122.45 square metres (around 1,318 sq. ft.). It also includes three parking spaces for cars.
The property transaction occurred for ₹5.35 crore, involving a stamp duty of ₹32.01 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
Bandra West is recognized for its high-end properties, featuring numerous luxury flats owned by Bollywood celebrities. It offers access through the Western Express Highway, Bandra train station, and future Metro lines.
