The second quarter of FY26 saw ITC Hotels declare a consolidated net profit of ₹132.77 crore, up 74% from ₹76.17 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.In Q2FY26, the company's operating revenue increased 8% year over year (YoY) from ₹777.95 crore to ₹839.48 crore.
At the operational level, ITC Hotels' profits before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) climbed 15.7% to ₹245.7 crore from ₹212.4 crore in the quarter that ended in September 2025. Additionally, the EBITDA margin improved by 200 basis points (bps) to 29.3% from 27.3% year over year.
