ITC Hotels' Q2 results show a 74% increase in net profit to ₹133 crore and a 7% YoY growth in revenue.

ITC Hotels Q2 Results: Year-over-year (YoY), the company's operating revenue increased by 8% to ₹839.48 crore from ₹777.95 crore in Q2FY26.

The second quarter of FY26 saw ITC Hotels declare a consolidated net profit of ₹132.77 crore, up 74% from ₹76.17 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

In Q2FY26, the company's operating revenue increased 8% year over year (YoY) from ₹777.95 crore to ₹839.48 crore.

At the operational level, ITC Hotels' profits before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) climbed 15.7% to ₹245.7 crore from ₹212.4 crore in the quarter that ended in September 2025. Additionally, the EBITDA margin improved by 200 basis points (bps) to 29.3% from 27.3% year over year.

In January of this year, ITC Hotels demerged from its parent company, ITC Ltd. ITC Hotels manages both real estate and hotel operations. These are ITC Hotels' segment-by-segment results.

Revenue from the company's hotels division increased 7.76% to ₹822.80 crore in Q2FY26 from ₹763.48 crore in Q2FY25. The segment's revenue for the most recent quarter, which ended in June 2025, was ₹800.57 crore.

Segment of Real Estate

The real estate division of ITC Hotels did not disclose any earnings for the period.

In Colombo, Sri Lanka, the Group is building upscale, branded homes. ITC Hotels stated that the revenue would be recorded after the deal was completed.
