The complete list of Trump's massive crackdown on "third-world countries" and his permanent suspension of all migration

Trump underlined his administration's intention to halt immigration from Third World nations after a shooting incident. 

According to Reuters, US President Donald Trump said on Thursday that his government will endeavor to permanently halt migration from all "Third World Countries" in order to give the US system time to fully heal. Additionally, Donald Trump declared that the United States would stop providing federal subsidies and advantages to non-citizens.

A day after an Afghan national shot two National Guard troops outside the White House, the crackdown on Third World countries has begun.

Citing national security concerns, the Trump administration issued guidelines restricting entry into the United States for nationals of 19 countries in June 2025. These are as follows:

What was said by Trump?
"I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover," Trump declared on Truth Social.

He also threatened to "remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States" and reverse the "millions" of admissions that Joe Biden's government had authorized.

Additionally, Trump stated that any foreign national deemed a security risk or "non-compatible with Western Civilization" would be deported.

His angry letter, which concluded with him wishing Americans a good Thanksgiving, foreshadowed an even more aggressive anti-immigrant agenda during his second administration, which has been characterized by a massive deportation campaign.

"These objectives will be worked toward in order to significantly lower the number of illegal and disruptive people. This predicament can only be completely resolved by REVERSE MIGRATION, he stated.

Afghanistan is also listed as one of the Least Developed Countries (LDC) by the UN.

Operation Allies Welcome According to AP, the man who is suspected of shooting two National Guard soldiers in Washington is one of some 76,000 Afghans who were transported to the US following the disorderly US pullout from Afghanistan as the Taliban seized power.

The initiative behind their arrival, Operation Allies Welcome, was started in response to the 2021 decision to withdraw from Afghanistan after two decades of US commitment and billions of dollars in aid.

Biden, who executed the retreat that his predecessor Trump had started, said that the United States had a duty to provide safety to warriors, drivers, interpreters, translators, and anyone who opposed the Taliban.

Trump's executive order, which froze government financing for resettlement groups shortly after he took office in January, made it more difficult to give refugees necessities like food and rent and limited the primarily religious organizations that help them.

After Wednesday's shooting, the president, who has called Afghanistan "a hellhole on earth," reiterated his plan to reexamine every Afghan who entered the United States during Operation Allies Welcome.

Trump added, "If they can't love our country, we don't want them," in a statement posted on social media. "A crime against our entire nation" is how he described the shooting.
